Dana Lipinski
Owner
Dana has a Master’s degree in Social Work and Behavioral Psychology to go along with 8+ years of childcare experience. When she isn’t creating the most accepted, fun and loving environment at Little Acres Daycare & Learning Center, she’s doing the exact same things at her own home. Dana is the loving mother to not only her 3 sons, but also to 3 young adopted children. Brianna, Benny and Adrianna. She looks forward to taking them on mini adventures every weekend to festivals, ice cream, and everywhere that’s fun!

Ella Howard
Caregiver
Ella graduated from Columbia Central High School in 2021 and has been working with children for the past four years. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, enjoying quality moments with friends, and making cherished memories with her son.

Skyler Lipinski
Program Director
Skyler has 8 years of combined childcare including but not limited to: youth and high school basketball coaching, youth mentor, and chaperone for special needs, high risk, and behavioral children. When he isn’t at Little Acres Daycare & Learning Center, Skyler is hitting the books after hours on his Master’s level degree in Behavioral Psychology. In any earned free time, he’s an outdoorsman. Fishing, playing with his 3 dogs (Ripley, Remi, and Togan), and enjoying anything having to do with the lake! Skyler also coaches varsity girls basketball at North Adams High School!

Hailey Carpenter

I graduated from North Adams-Jerome High School and am currently pursuing an associate's degree in Early Education at Jackson College. My passion for working with children has inspired me to build a career in early education, with the ultimate goal of becoming a teacher upon completing my degree.

Riley Arno

My name is Riley Arno I’m 17 years old, and I am going to be a senior at onsted high school. I am apart of the sideline and competitive cheer team. And my goal is to one day own and operate a daycare of my own

McKenna Corbin

Hi, my name is McKenna! I am in school to become a dental assistant. My future goals are to have my career. Also live a happy and healthy life. While I’m working towards those goals I enjoy traveling, being with friends and family, and exercising.

Alexis Conrad

Grass Lake High School graduate, pursing a bachelors in Human Resource Management at Grand Valley State University. I have always loved working and being around children and have babysat for young children my whole life. My passion for caring for others is what drives me to create a compassionate, safe, and fun environment for those I care for. It’s important to me to build a strong, trusting, and meaningful relationship with the infants and the parents. In my free time I enjoy working out, hanging with friends, going on the lake, and attending sporting events.

Kaitlyn Pequet

A Napoleon High School graduate, is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at Grand Valley State University. Her passion for working with children has allowed her to gain valuable experience both in and outside of the school setting. This hands-on experience has equipped her with essential skills and insights, which she is excited to bring to Little Acres Daycare Center.

Maria Roytek

Maria graduated from Onsted high school and now attends Jackson college for an Associates degree in Applied Science. Maria has been babysitting and working with children since she was in middle school. Her goal in life is to become an X-ray technician.

Jasmyne Wolfsbrother

I graduated from Michigan Center High School in 2022 and have been working with children and babysitting for the past five years. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my daughter, hanging out with friends and family, and exploring new experiences!

Jenni Lundell

Hi, I’m Jenni! I’m 21 years old and have been working in childcare ever since I graduated high school. I absolutely love what I do and strive to not only learn but also have fun while doing it! In my free time, I enjoy camping, spending time at the lake, and hanging out with my friends and family.
